摘要
目的:探讨宫颈安康复方凝胶剂对宫颈炎模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用正交试验设计优选宫颈安康复方的提取工艺;并以均匀试验设计对宫颈安康凝胶剂的处方进行优化。建立宫颈炎大鼠模型,试剂盒检测大鼠血清中IL-6、Hs-CRP、超SOD、TNF-α的含量。同时HE染色观察大鼠宫颈病理组织变化。结果:宫颈安康复方的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度50%,提取时间1.5 h,提取次数为3次;宫颈安康凝胶剂的最佳处方为卡波姆5.0%、甘油16.4%、氢氧化钠0.3 g。药效学研究结果显示,与模型组相比,宫颈安康凝胶组IL-6、TNF-α含量降低(P P P 【0.01)。HE结果显示,与模型组相比,宫颈安康凝胶组的大鼠宫颈病变组织的炎性细胞浸润明显减轻。结论:成功制备宫颈安康凝胶剂,其可能通过降低宫颈病变组织中IL-6、TNF-α和Hs-CRP水平,升高SOD水平,从而影响炎症反应相关细胞因子,以及减少宫颈病变组织中炎性渗出物的产生,最终达到治疗宫颈炎症的作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Cervical Ankang compound gel on cervicitis model rats. Methods: The extraction process of Cervical Ankang compound was optimized by orthogonal experimental design, and the prescription of Cervical Ankang compound Gel was optimized by uniform experimental design. A rat model of cervicitis was established, and the serum levels of IL-6, Hs-CRP, ultra-SOD and TNF-α were detected by kits. At the same time, HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of rat cervix.
