中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)研究模式回顾

A Review on Q-Marker Research Mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中药质量决定了中药的安全性和有效性,而质量控制研究是整个中药行业从发展瓶颈中释放出来的关键所在,但因中药药效及成分的复杂性,导致了其在研究方法、思路方面均存在局限,在“传承精华,守正创新”的时代背景下,中药质量控制模式的创新与发展对整个中药行业的发展起到了极其重要的作用。笔者对质量控制的新概念–质量标志物(Q-marker)的研究模式进行回顾并做了简单的梳理总结,以期为中药质量标志物的进一步研究和质量控制提供理论依据,有力推动中药质量控制水平的提高。

The study on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the key point to release the whole TCM industry from its development bottleneck, as the quality of TCM determines its safety and efficacy. However, there are limitations in its research methods and ideas due to the complexity of the efficacy and composition of TCM. In the era background of inheriting the essence along with sticking to the right path and making innovation, the innovation and development of TCM quality control mode play an extremely important role to the development of the whole TCM industry. Aiming to provide theoretical basis for the further study of TCM Q-marker and quality control, the research mode of Q-marker was reviewed and summarized briefly in this paper, which would promote the improvement of TCM quality control level.
