乡村振兴对农村大学生返乡就业影响的探讨

The Impact of Rural Revitalization on Rural College Students’ Return to Employment

十九大报告中提出:实施乡村振兴战略,要坚持农业农村优先发展,加快推进农业农村现代化。这一战略将改善农村生存环境,带动农村经济迅速发展,对农村大学生返乡就业产生了极大的影响。本研究就十九大报告中强调的乡村振兴这一战略,通过对农村籍大学生返乡就业意愿的调研,探讨就业政策对农村籍大学生返乡就业的影响,进而分析乡村振兴对农村籍大学生返乡就业的影响。了解目前就业政策的不足之处,就乡村振兴战略对目前的就业政策提出改进意见,以此促进农村籍大学生返乡就业,对于解决当前大学生就业问题具有重要意义。

In the reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country’s development strategy has been made, and it is important to insist on the development of agriculture, rural areas, and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. This strategy will improve the rural living environment and drive the rapid development of rural economy, which has a great impact on the return of rural college students to their hometowns for employment. Based on the strategy of rural revitalization highlighted in the 19th report, this study explored the impact of employment policy on the return of rural college students to their home employment by investigating the willingness of rural college students to return to their home employment, and then analyzed the impact of rural revitalization on the return employment of rural college students. It is of great significance to solve the current problem of college students’ employment by understanding the deficiency of current employment policy and proposing improvement sugges-tions on the rural revitalization strategy to the current employment policy.
