The Impact of Fiscal Policy on Economic Growth from the Perspective of Supply-Side Structural Reform—Impulse Response Analysis Based on VAR Model

财政政策是经济增长的重要杠杆,对经济增长具有不容忽视的影响作用。通过对财政政策与经济增长的VAR模型分析分析得出结论:我国财政政策与经济增长之间存在明显统计相关性,但也存在时滞,财政政策工具对经济增长的波动影响也不尽相同。要结合供给侧结构性改革背景,统筹协调财政政策,既把握时效性又兼具审慎性,既简政放权又真抓实干,更好地服务经济发展。

Fiscal policy is an important leverof economic growth,which cannot be ignored.Through the VAR model analysis of fiscalpolicy and economic growth,it is concluded that there is a significant statisticalcorrelation between China’s fiscal policy and economic growth.But there isalso a time lag,and the impact of fiscal policy tools on the fluctuation ofeconomic growth is not the same.In light of the background of supply-sidestructural reform,we need to coordinate fiscal policies as a whole to ensurethat they are both timely and prudent,streamline administration and delegatepower,and work hard,so as to better serve economic development.
