摘要
现如今,快递业的浪潮持续增长,与此同时也引发了一系列问题如过度包装、包装回收难度大、使用不环保包装材料等,这无疑给生态环境带来了繁重的负担。快递包装绿色化已迫在眉睫,本文以绿色快递包装的使用行为与满意度为切入点进行调研,用Logit回归模型、ACSI满意度模型等方法分析结果,研究发现:价格是影响绿色快递包装使用行为的首要因素,其次要改进技术和加大宣传力度;最后提高绿色快递包装的实用性和产品安全防护性能可以有效提升满意度。
Nowadays,the wave of the express delivery industry continues to grow,and at the same time it has also caused a series of problems such asover-packaging,difficulty in packaging recycling,and the use of environmentally-unfriendlypackaging materials,which undoubtedly imposes a heavy burden on the ecologicalenvironment.The green packaging of express delivery is imminent.This paperinvestigates the use behavior and satisfaction of green express packaging,anduses Logit regression model and ACSI satisfaction model to analyze the results.The research finds that the primary factor of the use of green expresspackaging is the price.Secondly,we should improve the technology and increasethe publicity.Finally,improving the practicality of the green expresspackaging and the safety protection performance of the product can effectivelyimprove the satisfaction.
