摘要
随着“一带一路”、“留学中国计划”等政策的出台,来华学习的国际留学生人数呈指数级增长。为更好地服务于我国的留学事业,我们调查了国际留学生对教学的满意程度,探讨了其影响因素。调查结果显示:国际留学生来华时间越长,对学校的满意度呈降低趋势;教师的英语水平和课堂气氛的满意水平相对较低;师资因子、学习环境因子、课堂因子、自身学习因子和学习支持因子对留学生教学满意度有显著影响。基于上述结论,对如何提高改善留学生的教学满意度以及留学生怎样更好地适应在中国的学习和生活,我们提出了若干的建议。
The number of international students studying in China has increased exponentially with the introduction of policies such as the “Belt and Road” and “Study in China”. In order to better serve our country’s overseas study, we investigated the degree of international students’ satisfaction about teaching and explored its influencing factors. The survey results show that the longer international students have come to China, the lower their satisfaction with the school;the lower the English level of teachers and the satisfaction of the classroom atmosphere;the teacher factors, learning environment factors, classroom factors, self-learning factors, and learning support factors have a significant impact on the international students’ satisfaction with teaching. Based on the above conclusions, we have made a number of suggestions on how to improve the teaching satisfaction of international students and how international students can better adapt to the study and life in China.
