摘要
目的:编制一个适用于云南省少数民族大学生人际价值观诊断的量表,并对不同民族的大学生在人际价值观上的看法进行显著性检验分析。方法:通过对覃智所编制的“人际价值观量表”进行量表的项目分析、因素分析之后形成适合于云南省少数民族大学生人际价值观调查分析的量表,然后独立样本t检验分析云南省少数民族大学生和汉族学生之间在该量表各个维度上的看法差异。结果:得到了由“外表和利益”、“情感支持”、“个人品德”、“对自我提高的帮助及能力”、“性格”和“志趣”6个因素组成的少数民族大学生职业价值观量表,总量表的Cronbach α值为0.956。结论:少数民族大学生职业价值观量表的信度、效度都十分理想,可以作为云南省少数民族大学生人际价值观的一个有力诊断评定工具。在具体的检验中,得出云南省少数民族大学生与汉族大学生对比,在“外表及利益”和“性格”这两方面的看法上,存在显著的差异。
Objective: To develop a scale for the diagnosis of minority college students’ interpersonal values and to make a significant test and analysis of College Students’ views on interpersonal values in different ethnic groups. Methods: After the project analysis and factor analysis of “interpersonal values scale” compiled by Qin Zhi, a scale suitable for the investigation and analysis of interpersonal values of minority college students in Yunnan province is formed, and then the independent sample t test is used to analyze the differences in the dimensions of this scale between Yunnan minority college students and Han nationality students. Results: We obtain the vocational values scale of minority college students, which are composed of 6 factors: “semblance and benefit”, “emotional support”, “morals”, “help and ability to self improvement”, “disposition” and “interest”. The Cronbach α of the total scale is 0.956. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the vocational values scale of minority college students are very nice, which can be used as a powerful diagnostic tool for the interpersonal values of minority college students in Yunnan province. It is concluded that there are significant differences in the view of “semblance and benefit” and “disposition” in the comparison of ethnic minority college students in Yunnan Province and Han students.
