少数民族大学生创业价值观量表的初步编制

Preliminary Development of Minority College Students’ Entrepreneurial Values Attitude Scale

目的:编制一个适用于少数民族大学生创业价值观诊断的量表。方法:我们将从创业价值目标和创业价值手段与评价编制少数民族大学生创业价值观量表,经调查、分析后得到正式问卷,并对云南省高校380名少数民族大学生进行测试后,对量表进行信度和效度的检验。结果:得到了由创业价值目标和创业价值手段组成的少数民族大学生创业价值观量表,其中创业价值目标量表的Cronbach α值为0.881,创业价值手段与评价量表的Cronbach α值为0.871。结论:少数民族大学生创业价值观量表的信度、效度都比较理想,可以作为少数民族大学生创业价值观的一个有力的诊断评定工具。

Objective: To develop a scale for the diagnosis of minority college students’ entrepreneurial values. Methods: From the entrepreneurial value goal, and entrepreneurial value means and evaluation, we will develop an entrepreneurial values scale of the minority college students. After investigation and analysis, a questionnaire was made to test 380 minority students from some colleges and universities in Yunnan Province. Its reliability and validity were tested, and confirmatory factor analysis was carried out. Results: We obtain the entrepreneurial values scale of minority college students, which consists of two factors: entrepreneurial value goal, and entrepreneurial value means and evaluation. The Cronbach α of the scale of entrepreneurial value goal is 0.881 and the Cronbach α of the scale of entrepreneurial value means and evaluation is 0.871. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the scale are very nice as an effective tool to test minority college students’ entrepreneurial values.
