摘要
近年来,山西省的经济实力逐步增强,人均预期寿命逐渐提高。在人口老龄化的大背景下,社会上关于延迟退休是否可以缓解老年危机的争论由来已久。2022年3月1日,延迟退休方案正式实施。延迟退休,一方面能够更充分地利用社会人力资源,一方面能够解决养老金可持续发展。因此,在本文中,我展开了关于延迟退休对山西省劳动力市场的影响研究。
In recent years, the economic strength of Shanxi Province has gradually increased, and the average life expectancy has gradually increased. Under the background of population aging, there has been a long-standing debate about whether delaying retirement can alleviate the aging crisis. On March 1, 2022, the delayed retirement plan was officially implemented. Delaying retirement, on the one hand, can make full use of social human resources, on the other hand, can solve the sustainable development of pension. Therefore, in this paper, I launched a study on the impact of delayed retirement on the labor market in Shanxi Province.
