中国省域金融发展与数字经济的空间效应研究

Research on the Spatial Relationship between Provincial Financial Development and Digital Economy in China

基于数字经济的基本内涵及发展前景,本文构建了数字经济发展水平的三维指标体系,利用熵值法测算2011年至2020年我国30个省市自治区的数字经济指数。利用Hausman检验、Wald滞后检验、Wald误差检验、LM滞后检验以及LM误差检验选择最优模型,建立了面板数据个体固定效应空间杜宾模型,分析了我国省域金融发展对数字经济的空间效应。根据实证结果表明了区域的绿色金融的发展将对邻近区域的数字经济发展带来正向的空间效应,而区域金融惠普指数的提高将抑制周边区域数字经济发展。人均GDP的提升不仅有利于区域自身数字经济水平的提高,也能利用协同作用带动邻近区域的数字经济的发展。据此,本文提出相应的政策建议。

Based on the basic connotation and development prospect of the digital economy, this paper constructs a three-dimensional index system of the development level of the digital economy, and uses the entropy method to measure the digital economy index of 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2011 to 2020. By using Hausman test, Wald lag test, Wald error test, LM lag test and LM error test to select the optimal model, the Spatial Dobin Model of individual fixed effect of panel data is established, and the spatial effect of provincial financial development on digital economy is analyzed. According to the empirical results, the development of regional green finance will bring positive spatial effects on the development of digital economy in neighboring areas, while the improvement of regional finance HP index will inhibit the development of digital economy in neighboring areas. The increase in per capita GDP is not only conducive to the improvement of the digital economy level of the region itself, but also can use the synergistic effect to drive the development of the digital economy in neighboring regions. Accordingly, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
