近十年延迟退休的现状,热点及展望——基于CiteSpace的可视化计量分析

Current Situation, Hot Spots and Prospects of Delayed Retirement in the Last Decade—A CiteSpace-Based Visual Econometric Analysis

本课题以中国知网(CNKI)为平台,以CiteSpace软件为工具,采用文献计量学、科学知识地图等方法,对2012~2023年我国延迟退休相关研究成果等进行可视化分析,并对相关文献的共被引、聚类、共现、突现等进行可视化分析。本研究发现,我国延迟退休研究可划分为两大时期,相关学者与机构均表现出“小集聚–大分散”的协作网络分布特点;关于延迟退休的制度效应研究涉及“养老金”“老龄化”“人力资本”“就业”“劳动力”“影响因素”等高频关键词,关于延迟退休的社会背景研究关键词涉及有“养老保险”“经济增长”“全国统筹”“可持续性”等;未来对延迟退休政策的研究主要集中在政策内容的设计和实施方案的选择上,如何提高延迟退休政策设计的科学性和合理性,制定有效的专项方案是一个非常重要的研究课题。

Based on China Knowledge Network (CNKI) as a platform and CiteSpace software as a tool, this research adopts bibliometrics, scientific knowledge map and other methods to carry out visual analysis of China’s delayed retirement-related research results from 2012 to 2023, and visual analysis of co-citation, clustering, co-presentation and emergence of related literature. This study finds that China’s delayed retirement research can be divided into two major periods, and the relevant scholars and institutions show the collaborative network distribution characteristic of “small cluster-large dispersion”. The research on the institutional effect of delayed retirement involves high-frequency keywords such as “pension”, “aging”, “human capital”, “employment”, “labor force” and “influencing factors”. The research keywords on the social background of delayed retirement include “pension insurance”, “economic growth”, “national planning” and “sustainability”. In the future, the research on the delayed retirement policy mainly focuses on the design of the policy content and the selection of the implementation plan. How to improve the scientific and rational design of the delayed retirement policy and formulate effective special plans is a very important research topic.
