摘要
目的:可视化分析我国乙肝预防相关研究趋势、合作情况、研究方向、前沿,为后续学者提供一定的研究依据。方法:利用CiteSpace软件,对选定文献绘制可视化知识图谱,结合文献进行分析。结果:我国每年相关研究发文量持续减少;中国疾病预防控制中心为主要研究机构,作者之间、机构之间合作不密切;聚类关键词分别是乙型、预防接种、母婴传播、职业暴露、乙肝疫苗、知识、《慢性乙型肝炎防治指南》;研究前沿出现的关键词经常被同时讨论;健康教育的落实能有效预防乙肝感染;国家十分重视乙肝预防,乙肝防控措施落实情况良好,特别是新生儿的防控工作成绩十分优异。结论:我国乙肝预防已经有了一定的基础,我们应该不断探索新的防控手段与方式,创新思考、努力落实,为提升人民防控意识而努力,站在民众的角度,思考大家怎样才能更好地了解并吸收防控知识;同时我们也应该努力在技术上进行突破,实现更有效的乙肝预防。Objective: to visualize the research trends, cooperation, directions, and frontiers related to hepatitis B prevention in China, and provide a certain research basis for subsequent scholars. Methods: Using CiteSpace software, a visual knowledge map is drawn on selected documents and analyzed in combination with documents. Results: The number of relevant research publications in China continues to decrease every year;CDC is the primary research institution, and authors do not work closely with each other or institutions;Cluster keywords are type B, vaccination, mother-to-child transmission, occupational exposure, hepatitis B vaccine, knowledge, and the “Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B”;Keywords that appear at the forefront of research are often discussed at the same time;The implementation of health education can effectively prevent hepatitis B infection;The state attaches great importance to the prevention of hepatitis B, and the implementation of hepatitis B prevention and control measures is good, and especially the prevention and control of newborns is very good. Conclusions: China’s hepatitis B prevention has a certain foundation. We should continue to explore new prevention and control methods, innovate and strive to implement, strive to enhance people’s awareness of prevention and control, and think about how everyone can better know and absorb prevention and control knowledge from the perspective of the people;At the same time, we should also strive to make technological breakthroughs to achieve more effective hepatitis B prevention.
