基于合作博弈的再生水补贴策略研究

摘要 再生水作为城市的第二水源,能有效缓解水资源危机。本文在对再生水定价分析的基础上,利用扩展的Hotelling模型,分析再生水与自来水之间的比价关系,以此作为影响因素,从合作博弈的视角,探索在不同期望下,财政补贴额度与再生水的边际成本之间的关系。结果显示:再生水价格与自来水价格呈正向相关关系,国家对再生水的财政补贴水平与再生水企业的边际成本成反比。 Reclaimed water is the second water source of city and can effectively alleviate the water crisis. Based on the analyzing of reclaimed water pricing,the extended Hotelling model was employed to illustrate the price relation between reclaimed water and fresh water, which was used as a con-straint condition. And from the perspective of the cooperative game theory, exploring the different expectations, the paper elaborated the relationship between the marginal cost and the amount of financial subsidies of reclaimed water. The results showed that: the reclaimed water price and the fresh water price have positive correlation, and the state financial subsidies level of the reclaimed water is inversely proportional to the marginal cost of reclaimed water.
