本文主要分析了雄安新区的能源禀赋,在借鉴国内外智慧能源建设的经验基础上,构想了雄安新区多能互补智慧能源体系以及构建新的能源互联网系统所需的法律法规、财政税收以及人才培养等政策保障体系。

This paper mainly analyzes the natural energy endowment of Xiong’an New Area. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign intelligent energy construction, the paper conceives the multi-energy complementary intelligent energy system of Xiong’an New Area, and the policy guarantee system of constructing the new energy Internet system, such as laws and regulations, fiscal revenue and personnel training.
