基于“城市针灸学”视角下城中村更新改造——以深圳南头古城为例

The Renewal and Reconstruction of Downtown Villages Based on the Perspective of “Urban Acupuncture and Moxibustion”

随着我国城镇化率从高速增长转向中高速增长,城中村作为我国城市化快速发展下的一种特殊产物,在其自身发展过程中矛盾和问题也日益突出。街区环境被“一刀切”的更新方式破坏。物质空间环境发生急剧变化,居住环境差、道路系统不完善、卫生环境件差、消防隐患严重、地方特色缺失、传统生活形态弱化,街区难以通过自我调节进行修复。“城市针灸”是西方学者针对各种城市疾病提出的更加准确,系统的治疗方案,激活了城市的活力。在本文中,我们利用中医针灸对南头古城进行诊断,并通过寻找潜在的穴位来解决问题导向。借助点的力量,从局部带动周边。南头古城以传统的社会网络和空间结构为基础,面临内脏,经络,穴位等三大疾病,解释其病因和特征。提出了激活穴位空间活力、疏通经络、联动调节的治疗策略,指导南头古城的更新改造。

As China’s urbanization rate changes from high-speed growth to medium-high growth,urban vil-lages,as a special product of the rapid development of China’s urbanization,have increasingly prominent contradictions and problems in their own development process.The“one-sis-fits-all”transformation mode leads to the disintegration of the original material environment of the block,the sharp change of the material space environment,the poor living environment,the imperfect road system,the poor sanitary environment,the serious fire hazard,the lack of local characteristics and the weakening of the traditional life style.The block gradually declines and it is difficult to restore the best state through self-adjustment.“Urban acupuncture”is a more accurate and sys-tematic treatment plan proposed by western scholars for various urban diseases,which activates the vitality of cities.In this paper,we use traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion to di-agnose Nantou ancient city,and find potential acupoints to solve the problem.Based on the tradi-tional social network and spatial texture,this paper summarizes the three major diseases of Nantou ancient city,including viscera,meridian,acupoints and other diseases,explains the causes and characteristics of these diseases,and puts forward treatment strategies to harmonize the functions of Zang-Fu organs,unblock the meridians and stimulate the vitality of acupoints,so as to guide the renovation of Nantou ancient city.
