乡村振兴战略中文化人才培养研究

A Research of Talents Cultivating under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

2017年,在党的十九大报告中指出,农业、农村、农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,必须始终把解决好“三农问题”作为全党工作的重中之重,实施乡村振兴战略。实施乡村振兴战略,对于建设现代化经济体系,弘扬发展中华优秀传统文化,建设美丽中国具有重要的支持作用与现实意义,而其关键在于“以人为本”,即建设乡村、发展乡村、振兴乡村需要多种人才的参与。其中,文化人才的发掘、培养具有极其重要的地位。本文旨在基于乡村振兴的战略背景,以云南省大理白族自治州永平县为例,研究地方少数民族文化人才的培养、作用及其参与乡村振兴的方式,从而发现问题、提出建议,为强化乡村振兴人才支持、破解人才培养瓶颈制约提供新的思路。

In the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2017,it was pointed out that agricultural developing,rural areas developing and farmers developing are the fundamental issues which related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.We must take these three issues as the most important work of the Communist Party and implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has an important supporting role and practical significance for the construction of a modernized economic system,the promotion and development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and the construction of a beautiful China.The excavation and cultivation of cultural talents play an extremely important role in the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the education of cultural talents based on the Rural Revitalization Strategy using an example of Yongping Lisu County,Yunnan province and to discover problems,put forward some suggestions that help strengthen the talent support of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
