通过总结厦门市海沧区嵩屿街道科技特派员工作站的工作实践和成效,分析探索滨海城区科技特派员工作机制及存在的困难,提出了促进科技特派员制度在滨海发达地区发展的建议与对策。

Through summarizing the working experiences and effectiveness at the Songyu’s sci-tech special commissioner station, Xiamen city, the working methods and existed difficulties for the sci-tech special commissioner system in the coastal urban area are analyzed and explored, while the sug-gestions and solutions to improve its development are further proposed.
