大学生外卖消费行为研究——以宁夏大学学生为例

College Students’ Consumption Behavior—A Case Study on Students in Ningxia University

摘要 随着经济发展,互联网与交通演进,高校学生的外卖消费日趋增加,外卖消费为大学生带来便捷、多样化体验,同时,由于外卖行业牵涉面广,部分环节出现了一些问题,如食品安全,环境破坏等。该论文以宁夏大学本部学生为研究对象,基于其外卖消费行为调查数据,对宁夏大学周边外卖环境优化进行了思考。未来外卖环境优化中需实现品种多样化、餐食及服务质量提升、价格合理。另外对服务人员自身素质及城市交通进行优化完善。 With economical development, and evolution of the Internet and transport, college students are spending more and more on take-out consumption. Take-out consumption brings convenient and diversified experience. Due to wide involvement of the take-out field, some problems have ap-peared in some intermediate links, such as food safety and environmental damage. This study takes the students in Ningxia University as the research objects based on survey and questionnaire of students’ take-out consumption behavior to optimize the take-out environment around Ningxia University. In order to optimize the take-out environment in the future and diversify varieties, improved food and service quality and reasonable price should be realized. In addition, the quality of service personnel and urban traffic is optimized and improved.
