江苏省农房现状调查及绿色技术应用影响因素分析

Survey Research on Current Situation of Rural Buildings and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Green Technology Application in Jiangsu Province

农房建设问题正逐步成为江苏省工程建设中关注的热点问题。基于苏南、苏中、苏北3个区域中的26个自然村207户住宅,通过实地调研,总结江苏省农房在质量安全、建设经济性、建筑功能、用能情况四个方面的现状。根据调研结果分析江苏省农房绿色技术应用的五大影响因素,调研结果表明,江苏省农房建设中采用的绿色技术较少,需在今后农房建设中注重绿色技术的推广。鉴于此,以期为制定江苏省绿色农房建设提供参考。

The problem of rural building construction is gradually becoming a hot issue in Jiangsu Province. Based on 207 rural buildings in 26 natural villages in Southern Jiangsu, Central Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu, through spot investigation, this paper summarizes the status quo of quality, safety, construction economy, architectural function and energy use of rural building in Jiangsu Province. According to the survey results, it analyzes five influencing factors of green technology application of rural buildings in Jiangsu Province. The results show that there are fewer green technologies used in the construction of rural buildings in Jiangsu Province, and it is necessary to pay attention to the promotion of green technology in the future construction of rural buildings. In view of this, it is expected to provide a reference for the construction of green rural housing in Jiangsu Province.
