摘要
位于安徽省潜山市天柱山后山景区的万涧村在索道建成后将迎来大批游客,做好旅游建设已经成为一件迫在眉睫的事情,而发展食品旅游符合保护与发展并行的原则,在为村民创收的同时避免当地被过度商业化与空心化,因而是发展旅游业的一个优选。笔者通过查找文献与田野调查等方法对万涧村的情况进行了深入的了解。本文围绕万涧村食品旅游的发展与困难,介绍了当地的资源、特色食品与饮食文化、发展食品旅游的要素、当下面临的困境等。而这些情况与其他农村地区的食品旅游发展也或有一定共同点,对于乡村食品旅游的实际规划有着启发意义。
Wanjian Village, located in the scenic spot behind Tianzhu Mountain, Qianshan City, Anhui Province, will welcome a large number of tourists after the completion of the ropeway. Therefore, it has become an urgent matter to draw up a plan for tourism construction. Because food tourism can not only generate income for villagers but also avoid excessive commercialization and rural hollowing, it is one of the optimum choices to consider among tourism industries. Employing the methods of literature search and field study, the author looked in-depth into the situation of Wanjian village. The paper focuses on the development and difficulties of food tourism in Wanjian Village, and also introduces its resources, its characteristic food and culture, the essential elements, and the current difficulties. Because other rural areas may now face similar situations concerning the development of food tourism, the paper may have suggestive gestures for future planning for rural food tourism in China.
