首都副中心水资源承载力及提升对策研究

Research on Water Resources Carrying Capacity and Improvement Countermeasures of Tong Zhou Sub-Center in Beijing

水资源储备量和水体环境质量,是一座城市发展的命脉。北京市通州区作为首都副中心,其地位和功能已经日益凸显。针对水资源利用现状,建立了首都副中心水资源承载力评价体系,认为该区域的饮用水供水质量有一定保障,日污水处理能力较强,断面水质污染治理需进一步加强。此外,结合其他地区的经验与方法,提出了改进措施,以期为首都副中心及其他城市的规划、管理提供理论依据和实践借鉴。

Water resources reserve and water environment quality are the lifeblood of a city’s development. As the sub-center of the capital, Tongzhou District in Beijing has been increasingly prominent in its status and functions. According to the current situation of water resources utilization, the evaluation system of water resources carrying capacity of the capital sub-center was established, and it was considered that the quality of drinking water supply in this area is guaranteed, the daily sewage treatment capacity is relatively strong and the treatment of cross section water pollution should be further strengthened. In addition, combined with the experience and methods of other areas, some improvement measures are put forward in order to provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for the planning and management of the capital sub-center and other cities.
