近年来中国经济发展进入常态,国有资本和非国有资本在市场竞争中各显优势。从中国宏观经济的角度,以国有企业为代表的城市经济和以农村集体资本为代表的农村经济,应该是逐步打破城乡严重分割的二元经济体制,实现城乡一体化。从城乡关系的视角审视国企混改,打破城乡二元的经济结构,对解决当下的中国经济发展问题具有一定的现实意义。

In recent years, China’s economic development has entered a normal state, and state-owned capital and non-state-owned capital have their respective advantages in market competition. From the perspective of China’s macroeconomics, the urban economy represented by state-owned enter-prises and the rural economy represented by rural collective capital should gradually break the dual economic system that is severely divided between urban and rural areas and realize the in-tegration of urban and rural areas. Examining the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of urban-rural relations, breaking the urban-rural dual economic structure, has certain practical significance for solving the current problems of China’s economic development.
