京津冀共同体新生态文化价值建构

New-Ecology Cultural Value Construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Community

京津冀协同发展研究基本逼近区域协同内容、制度或技术层面理论的成熟,但这些理论因缺少相应的文化价值驱动而难于落地实践。区域共同体的灵魂是其文化与价值观,其建构需要首先解构京津冀属地文化壁垒,并在此基础上建构基于“新生态”价值理念的共同体,进而真正实现京津冀“共生、共建与共享”的协同发展。

Study on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation has almost come to the maturity of theo-retical level for regional community on contents, institution and technology. However, these theo-ries seldom come into practice due to the shortage of related value motivation. The soul of regional community is its culture value. Therefore, it first requires deconstructing the traditional culture barrier and building the community based on the idea of new-ecology so as to realize the coexist-ence, co-construction and co-sharing for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
