中外比较视域下我国体育特色小镇发展研究

Research on the Development of Sports Characteristic Towns in China from the Perspective of Comparison between China and Foreign Countries

发展体育特色小镇作为促进经济转型升级和新型城镇化建设的创新措施,对于传统城镇化发展模式的转型升级具有重要意义。国外的体育特色小镇有着悠久的发展历史,而我国尚处于探索阶段。本文运用文献资料法、归纳逻辑、演绎逻辑等研究方法,以法国霞慕尼、瑞士达沃斯和我国张家口体育特色小镇发展为例进行分析,提出对中国体育特色小镇建设的政策性建议:打造独特文化IP,增加小镇文化附加值;挖掘地方民俗特色,增强文化吸引力;发挥政府引领作用,鼓励社会力量参与治理;打造纵深产业链,形成深度产城融合;加强生态保护,注重可持续发展;加强行政管理型政府向公共服务型政府转变;加强基础设施建设,注重专业人才培养。

As an innovative measure to promote economic transformation and upgrading and the construction of new urbanization, the development of sports characteristic towns is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of the model of traditional urbanization development. Foreign sports characteristic towns have a long history of development, while China is still in the exploratory stage. By using the research methods of literature review and inductive and deductive logic analysis, this paper analyzes the development of sports characteristic towns in Chamonix in France, Davos in Switzerland and Zhangjiakou in China, and puts forward policy suggestions for the construction of sports characteristic towns in China: creating unique cultural IP and increasing the cultural added value of the towns;excavating local cultural characteristics and enhancing cultural attraction;giving play to the leading role of the government and encouraging social forces to participate in governance;building a deep industrial chain and forming a deep integration of industry and city;strengthening ecological protection and paying attention to sustainable development;strengthening the transformation from administrative government to public service-oriented government;strengthening infrastructure construction and paying attention to the cultivation of professional talents.
