利用零陵区锰资源优势推动乡村产业绿色发展

本论文研究发现当前零陵区农村劳动力人口外流严重,作为本地乡村实体经济快速振兴的重要主力,必须提出要充分结合本地农村特色产业发展本地乡村经济,提供大量合适的就业工作岗位,从而有效促进本地特色农村产业绿色发展;同时零陵区特色锰业在产业的创新开发综合使用发展过程中还会产生大量的各种固体废弃物,而这些各种固体废弃物的综合利用不仅能够有效缓解本地生态环境压力,而且能够给本地乡村经济振兴产业提供新的乡村经济社会增长点和大量的合适工作岗位;另外,零陵区具有锰资源以及地理优势,便于发展下游企业,为农村产业绿色发展提供相应的支撑。综合利用锰产业产生的固体废弃物的同时不仅能够扩大生产链,做好产业的绿色发展,而且能为零陵区农村产业的绿色发展提供基础。
