我国遗产酒店的发展对策研究

Research on the Development Countermeasures of Heritage Hotels in China

随着文旅融合和乡村振兴等政策战略的提出,我国遗产酒店迅速兴起发展。遗产酒店以酒店经营的方式实现对自然文化遗产资源的活化利用,让顾客在酒店住宿之外感受到中华传统文化的价值魅力。本文介绍了国内外遗产酒店相关理论,通过分析我国遗产酒店的发展现状,总结我国遗产酒店的特征和发展过程中存在的不足之处,并提出了相应的发展对策。

With the integration of culture and tourism and the introduction of policy strategies such as rural revitalization, heritage hotels in China have risen and developed rapidly. Heritage Hotels realize the activation and utilization of natural and cultural heritage resources in the form of hotel man-agement, so that customers can feel the value and charm of traditional Chinese culture in addition to hotel accommodation. This paper introduces the relevant theories of heritage hotels at home and abroad, analyzes the development status of heritage hotels in China, summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings in the development process of heritage hotels in China, and proposes corresponding development countermeasures.
