粤港澳大湾区背景下港口群的协同性发展研究

摘要 粤港澳地区的港口众多,总体吞吐规模巨大。但由于各种原因,各港口的职能规划雷同,资源分散,协同性不强,运用效率低,制约了经济的发展。在新时代背景下,中央政府制定并发布了《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》,倡导并推动区内经济的协同发展。这也为区内港口的协同发展指明了方向。本文拟以协同理论为基础,对该地区港口的集聚协同状况做定量分析,并提出优化并提高协同性的建议。 There are many ports in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and the overall handling capacity is huge. However, due to various reasons, the function planning of each port is the same, the resources are scattered, the coordination is not strong, and the utilization efficiency is low, which restricts the economic development. Against the backdrop of the new era, the central government has for-mulated and released the Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to advocate and promote coordinated economic development in the region. This has also pointed out the direction for the coordinated development of ports in the region. Based on the synergetic theory, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the agglomeration and synergetic status of ports in this region, and puts forward some suggestions to optimize and improve the synergetic status.
