基于文化场景理论的文旅社区建设研究

Research on Cultural Tourism Community Construction Based on Cultural Scene Theory

社区融合特色文化发展旅游产业是目前文旅融合的重要模式,文旅社区的发展为城市带来了可观的经济收益,但这些社区的发展模式也存在着一些问题,其核心在于文化场景的构建不当。文化场景的构建是实现文旅社区可持续发展的内生动力,本文基于文化场景理论,以上海M50文旅社区的文化场景构建为例,阐述场景构建对文旅社区发展的意义,分析文旅社区文化场景的要素、构建主体及目标,关注文旅社区的经济功能与居住功能,兼顾旅游需求与居住需求,提出文旅社区的文化场景构建建议,从而提高旅游收益,促进社区进步,实现区域联动发展。

The integration of community characteristic culture to develop tourism industry is an important mode of cultural and tourism integration. The development of cultural tourism communities has brought considerable economic benefits to the city, but there are also some problems in the de-velopment mode of these communities, the core of which is the improper construction of cultural scenes. The construction of cultural scenes is the endogenous driving force to realize the sustainable development of cultural and tourism communities. Based on the theory of cultural scenes, this paper takes the construction of cultural scenes of Shanghai M50 cultural and tourism community as an example, expounds the significance of scene construction to the development of cultural and tourism communities, analyzes the elements, construction subjects and objectives of cultural scenes of cultural and tourism communities, pays attention to the economic and residential functions of cultural and tourism communities, and takes into account tourism and residential needs, puts forward suggestions on the construction of cultural scenes in cultural tourism communities, so as to improve tourism revenue, promote community progress, and realize regional linkage development.
