当前,我国数字化转型正在全面开展,站在“十四五”新的历史起点上,国家要求加快推进招标投标领域全流程数字化,全面实施“互联网 + 招标采购”升级版,着力提升招标投标电子交易和服务监管水平。但企业在招标采购和供应链协同发展方面仍存在依赖人工作业、缺乏信息共享、招标采购和供应链独立运作等问题,对招标采购和供应链运行效率提升产生了重要影响,因此,需要探索企业招标采购和供应链协同优化场景,促进招标采购和供应链智慧高质量发展。

At present, China’s digital transformation is fully developed, and the standing in the new historical starting point “14th Five-Year”, accelerate the national requirements field of bidding and tendering process all digital, full implementation of “Internet + bidding procurement”, to improve bidding and tendering electronic trading and service level. However, there are still problems such as relying on manual operations, lack of information sharing, and independent operation of bidding and procurement and supply chain in the coordinated development of bidding procurement and supply chain, which have an important impact on the efficiency of bidding procurement and supply chain operation, therefore, need to explore the bidding procurement and supply chain collaboration optimization scenarios, promote the development of bidding procurement and supply chain quality wisdom.
