农村基层党建引领乡村振兴实现路径分析

Analysis on the Path of Rural Revitalization Led by Rural Grassroots Party Building

在中国共产党的领导下,我国已实现第一个百年目标,即全面建成小康社会。中国共产党领导的具有中国特色的社会主义道路,是中国特色社会主义道路最本质的特征。本文从“制度”和“集体”两个维度,梳理以中国共产党为领导核心的农村基层党建历史沿革,探究农村基层党建促进乡村振兴的关键因素和主要路径。本文主要通过培养基层党建人才、绩效管理、思想教育三个方面的探究,得出基层党建在乡村振兴中具有正向引领作用,针对其中不足提出对策建议。

Under the leadership of the CPC, China has achieved the first centenary goal of building a moder-ately prosperous society in all respects. The socialist road with Chinese characteristics led by the CPC is the most essential feature of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics. From the two dimensions of “system” and “collective”, this paper combs the historical evolution of rural grass-roots party building with the CPC as the core leadership, and explores the key factors and main paths of rural grass-roots party building to promote rural revitalization. This article mainly explores the cultivation of grassroots party building talents, performance management, and ideo-logical education, and concludes that grassroots party building has a positive leading role in rural revitalization, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for its shortcomings.
