摘要
在产业链与创新链深度融合对创新资源利用效率影响机制基础上,基于2016~2019年中国大陆30个省市自治区的面板数据,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测算双链融合程度,采用三阶段DEA模型测度创新资源利用效率,并建立Tobit面板模型深入剖析产业链与创新链融合对创新资源利用效率的影响。研究发现,我国产业链与创新链融合程度逐渐上升,并显著的促进创新资源利用效率。
On the basis of the mechanism of the influence of the deep integration of industrial chain and in-novation chain on the efficiency of innovation resource utilization, based on the panel data of 30 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China's Mainland from 2016 to 2019, the degree of in-tegration of the two chains is measured using the entropy value method and the coupling coordi-nation degree model, the efficiency of innovation resource utilization is measured using the three-stage DEA model, and the Tobit panel model is established to deeply analyze the impact of the integration of industrial and innovation chains on the efficiency of innovation resource utilization. The study found that the degree of integration of industrial and innovation chains in China gradually increases and significantly promotes the efficiency of innovation resource utilization.
