摘要
截止2022年底,我国已经设立了6565家博物馆,它们是我国历史文化的缩影,是吸引游客的重要旅游资源,特别是近年来我国计算机网络发展迅速,博物馆由线下实体场馆转化为线上公开共享的智慧化博物馆。目前,全国各地博物馆纷纷推出“云看展”AR、WR技术等智慧化服务。智慧化博物馆更有效地优化整合了历史文化资源,提供了数据共享、实时教育等方面的智慧化服务。本文通过阐述智慧旅游的概述结合当代智慧博物馆的现状,指出目前博物馆智慧化旅游智慧管理系统不完善、智慧服务较为单一,智慧营销缺乏特色的问题,并且提出智慧系统再升级、提升智慧服务水平、精准智慧营销的相关建议。
By 2022, China has 6565 museums, which are the concentration of China’s history and culture, and have become high-grade tourism resources to attract tourists, especially historical and cultural tourists. Especially in recent years, China’s computer network has developed rapidly, and museums have been transformed from offline physical venues into online and publicly shared intelligent museum. At present, museums across the country have launched the “cloud viewing exhibition” service. “Wisdom” can more effectively play the public service functions of museums in resource optimization and integration, sharing and reuse, real-time education and other aspects. This paper through the overview of wisdom tourism combined with the present situation of the museum of contemporary wisdom, points out that the current museum of wisdom tourism wisdom management system is not perfect, wisdom service is relatively single, wisdom marketing lack of characteristic problem, and wisdom system to upgrade, enhance the service level of the wisdom, accurate wisdom marketing advice.
