随着中国市场经济的不断发展和人民收入水平的日益提高,美食旅游逐渐成为了一种倍受推崇的旅游方式,以品味旅游目的地特色美食、感受饮食文化为主要目的的游客日益增多。河北位于华北平原,拥有悠长的历史,丰富的美食资源,天然的资源优势使得河北美食旅游资源市场的开发前景一片大好。本文使用SWOT分析法,就河北美食旅游的现状,从旅游者的角度对河北美食旅游的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁方面进行分析和评价,探索河北美食旅游开发的主要问题,并借此研究发展路径。
