做精品民宿业推动乡村旅游可持续发展——以湖北恩施茶花山居为例

Developing Quality Homestay Industry to Promote the Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism—Taking the Camellia Mountain Residence in Enshi, Hubei as an Example

随着乡村振兴战略的提出,乡村旅游因其全面而突出的带动效应,被视为实现乡村振兴战略的重要途径。本文基于对湖北恩施的实地调研,证实乡村旅游在乡村振兴战略中起到的重要引擎作用。同时,通过分析英国、日本、台湾以及浙江莫干山等发展较早地区的民宿发展经验,以湖北恩施枫香坡侗寨景区的明珠——茶花山居为例,分析茶花山居的民宿发展特点,如紧跟时代潮流、注重体验、全民参与等,表明了精品民宿业在乡村旅游可持续发展和乡村振兴中起到的重要作用。

With the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy, rural tourism is regarded as an important way to realize the rural revitalization strategy because of its comprehensive and prominent driving effect. Based on the field research in Enshi, Hubei Province, this paper confirms that rural tourism plays an important role as an engine in the rural revitalization strategy. At the same time, by analyzing the development experience of homestay in the early development areas such as the United Kingdom, Japan, Taiwan and Moganshan in Zhejiang, and taking the pearl of Fengxiangpo Dongzhai Scenic Area in Enshi, Hubei Province—Camellia Mountain Residence as an example, the development characteristics of Camellia Mountain Residence are analyzed, such as keeping up with the trend of the times, focusing on experience, and participating in the whole people, which shows that the boutique homestay industry plays an important role in the sustainable development of rural tourism and rural revitalization.
