股权激励对公司绩效的影响——以苏泊尔公司为例

摘要 股权激励是资本家为实现企业利益最大化和留住核心人才引申出的决议。通过附条件的给予管理层部分股东权益,使其产生利益共同体的意识,以此来帮助企业实现长期稳定发展的最终目标。文章选取上市公司苏泊尔为例,探究其在2010~2023年期间两次股权激励下实现的经济效益和企业施行这一目标之间的关系。通过同花顺提取半年报数据,分析苏泊尔公司的财务状况、管理层持股数量以及控股权的变化。纵向以财务绩效的两个分析办法和杜邦绩效分析为理论依据,探究净资产收益率的变化。最后用功效系数法比较同行业九阳公司与苏泊尔公司符合的绩效体系多指标要求下的得分情况,用苏泊尔公司的高分进而证明其实施两次股权激励对公司绩效的发展带来正向效益的结论。 Equity incentives are a decision proposed by capitalists to maximize corporate interests and retain core talents. By conditionally granting some shareholder rights to the management, it creates a sense of community of interests, thereby helping the company achieve the ultimate goal of long-term stable development. The article takes the listed company Supor as an example to explore the relationship between the economic benefits it achieved under two equity incentives from 2010 to 2023 and the company’s implementation of this goal. Extract semi-annual report data through Flush to analyze Supor’s financial status, management shareholdings and changes in controlling rights. Vertically based on the two analytical methods of financial performance and DuPont performance analysis, we explore the changes in return on equity. Finally, the efficacy coefficient method is used to compare the scores of Joyoung Company and Supor Company in the same industry under the multi-index requirements of the performance system. Supor Company’s high score is used to prove that its implementation of two equity incentives has brought positive benefits to the development of the company’s performance.
