山东省海阳市建设大规模海水淡化项目可行性分析

摘要 水资源短缺问题长期制约着山东省的经济社会发展,随着海水淡化技术日趋完善,向海取水或将成为山东省淡水来源的主要途径。海阳市位于山东省东南端,处于青岛、威海、烟台三市交界处,在电力供应、城市区位、产业发展等方面具备建设大规模海水淡化项目的可行性。本文在梳理海阳市整体情况、现有产业的基础上,聚焦海水淡化项目的电价及消纳等核心问题进行可行性分析,认为大规模海淡项目对于保障海阳市及周围地区的生产生活用水具有重要意义。 The shortage of water resources has restricted the economic and social development of Shandong Province. With the improvement of seawater desalination technology, taking water from the sea may become the main source of getting fresh water in Shandong Province. Haiyang is located in the southeast of Shandong Province, at the intersection of Qingdao, Weihai and Yantai. And it has the foundation to build large-scale seawater desalination projects in terms of power supply, urban location and industrial base. Based on the analysis of the overall situation and the existing industry of Haiyang, this paper focused on the feasibility analysis of the core issues of seawater desalination project such as electricity price and consumption, and believed that large-scale seawater desalination project has great significance for production and living in Haiyang and its surrounding areas.
