数字金融对科技成果转化效率研究

摘要 本文采用2012~2022年30个省(自治区、直辖市)的相关科技成果转化数据,通过随机前沿分析(SFA)方法,对科技成果转化效率进行了精确测算。随后,引入了北大数字普惠金融指数作为关键变量,将其纳入回归模型中进行深入分析,以探究数字金融对科技成果转化效率的具体影响及其相关机制。实证结果显示,数字金融的蓬勃发展对科技成果转化效率起到了积极的推动作用,并且这种推动作用在不同地区和数字金融发展的不同年份下呈现出明显的异质性效应。同时,根据门限回归分析表明,在地区制度质量较高的背景下,数字金融对科技成果转化效率的促进作用显得尤为显著。在机制分析中,发现数字金融能够有效缓解融资约束问题和促进产业结构升级来提升科技成果转化效率。 This article uses the relevant scientific and technological achievement transformation data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from 2012 to 2022, and uses the stochastic frontier analysis (SFA) method to accurately measure the scientific and technological achievement transformation efficiency. Subsequently, the Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion Index was introduced as a key variable and included in the regression model for in-depth analysis to explore the specific impact of digital finance on the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and its related mechanisms. Empirical results show that the vigorous development of digital finance has played a positive role in promoting the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and this promotion effect shows obvious heterogeneous effects in different regions and different years of digital finance development. At the same time, threshold regression analysis shows that in the context of high regional institutional quality, the role of digital finance in promoting the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is particularly significant. In the mechanism analysis, it was found that digital finance can effectively alleviate financing constraints and promote the upgrading of industrial structure to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievement transformation.
