摘要
城市化发展与水资源承载力之间存在复杂的动态交互关系,研究两者之间的发展关系,是区域可持续发展的关键之一。本文以黑龙江省12个地级市为研究对象,选取其2011~2018年新型城镇化和水资源承载力两大系统的相关数据,利用熵值法和耦合协调度模型,对两系统之间的耦合性和协调性问题进行了评价研究。结果表明:黑龙江省新型城镇化和水资源承载力两大系统的协调性较差,属于过渡类型和失调类型;从时间维度上看,2011~2018年,新型城镇化发展与水资源承载力的耦合协调度虽有轻微变化,但耦合协调度值一直处于“失调”的状态;在空间上,新型城镇化与水资源承载力系统的协调性在空间上呈现“南高–北低”的分布特征。There is a complex dynamic interaction between urbanization development and water resources carrying capacity. It is one of the keys to regional sustainable development to study the development relationship between the two. This paper takes 12 prefecture-level cities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, selects the relevant data of the two systems of new urbanization and water resources carrying capacity from 2011 to 2018, and uses the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the coupling and coordination between the two systems. The results show that the coordination of the two systems of new urbanization and water resources carrying capacity in Heilongjiang Province is poor, which belongs to the transition type and the imbalance type. From the perspective of time dimension, from 2011 to 2018, although the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization development and water resources carrying capacity has changed slightly, the coupling coordination degree value has been in a state of “imbalance”;in space, the coordination of new urbanization and water resources carrying capacity system presents the distribution characteristics of “high in the south and low in the north” in space.
