摘要 西藏高温地热资源主要受我国地质构造特点及其在全球构造中所处部位的控制,集中分布在班公湖–怒江缝合带以南的藏南地区,尤其在与雅鲁藏布江深大断裂相交接的NS向断陷盆地或裂谷,资源潜力巨大。西藏地热发电产业处在起步阶段,发电严重滞后,装机容量规模偏小,高温地热资源开发利用程度低。针对西藏地热发电利用存在的问题,提出了三条促进地热发电产业发展建议:建立多元化资金保障制度,加大勘探投入,开展高温地热资源的详查与评价;加大核心技术研发,实现关键技术重点突破;尽快出台地热发电标杆上网电价政策,促进地热发电健康发展。 High-temperature geothermal resources in Tibet are mainly controlled by the characteristics of Chinese geological structures and their locations in the global structures, and are concentrated in southern Tibet, south of the Pangong Lake-Nu River suture zone, especially in the north-south direction fault basin or rift that intersects with the Yarlung Tsangpo River deep fault, the resource potential is great. The geothermal power industry in Tibet is in its initial stage, with serious lag in power generation, small installed capacity and low utilization of high-temperature geothermal re-sources. In view of the existing problems in the utilization of geothermal power generation in Tibet, this paper puts forward three suggestions for promoting the development of geothermal power generation industry: to establish a diversified fund guarantee system, increase exploration investment and carry out detailed survey and evaluation of high-temperature geothermal resources;to increase research and development of core technologies and make breakthroughs in key technologies;to put forward the geothermal power benchmark feed-in tariff policy to promote the healthy development of geothermal power generation.
