面向电化学加工领域本体构建的研究

摘要 电化学加工是特种加工领域热点关注的技术,本文为促进加工领域知识的获取、重用和共享,构建了面向电化学加工领域的本体模型EMO (Electrochemical Machining Ontology)。首先,在领域专家的指导下,本文构建了电化学加工上位本体模型EMSUMO;然后,从加工方法、加工设备、加工组织、特型加工、电流效率、加工速度、加工精度、加工质量等方面建立了EMO的概念、关系、函数、公理和实例的五元组;最后以“深小孔电解加工”为例基于EMO进行了知识表示,采用OntoQA方法对EMO本体模型进行评价,评价指标计算结果表明EMO是有效的。 Electrochemical machining is a hot technology in the field of special machining. In order to promote the acquisition, reuse and sharing of knowledge in the field of machining, this paper constructs an ontology model EMO (Electrochemical Machining Ontology) orienting the field of electrochemical machining. Firstly, under the guidance of domain experts, the upper ontology model EMSUMO of electrochemical machining is constructed;then, the concept, relationship, function, axiom and ex-ample of EMO quintet are established from the aspects of machining method, machining equipment, machining organization, special machining, current efficiency, machining speed, machining accuracy and machining quality;finally, taking “electrochemical machining of a deep hole” as an example, the knowledge representation is carried out based on EMO, and the ontology model of EMO is evaluated by OntoQA method. The calculation results of evaluation indexes show that EMO is effective.
