基于LABVIEW的T/R组件自动测试系统设计

摘要 T/R组件的射频指标测试传统采用的是手动操作仪表测试,这种测试方法的测试效率比较低,仪器操作步骤繁琐,测试消耗时间长,因此设计一种快速且准确的自动测试系统是必要的。一种基于LABVIEW软件平台开发的自动测试系统,实现了测试流程的可视化编辑、数据采集、图形显示、测试报告的自动生成等功能。实验结果表明,开发的自动测试系统与传统的手动测试方法相比,测试操作更简单方便、测试效率更高,并且具有很强的灵活性,方便升级和扩展。自动测试系统能根据不同的需求应用在多种场合,大大提高了产品的开发和生产效率,最后对自动测试系统的发展进行了展望。The traditional test method of the T/R component is manual operation instrument test. This test method has low test efficiency, complicated instrument operation steps and long test time, so it is necessary to design a new fast and exact automatic test system. A new automatic test method developed based on LABVIEW achieves visual editing, data collection, graph display and automatic generation of test reports. The experiment results show that compared with the traditional manual test method, the developed automatic test system is more simple and convenient in test operation, higher in test efficiency, and has strong flexibility, easy to upgrade and expand. In addition, the automatic test system can be applied in various occasions according to different needs, which greatly improves the development and production efficiency of products. Finally, the development direction of the automatic test system is forecasted.
