Overall Design of Paperless Conference System

针对传统会议系统存在的效率低下、浪费严重、功能单一、交流不畅、协同受限、保密困难等现实问题,结合会议组织流程高效化、人机交互体验数字化、系统运维管理智能化的需求分析,按照先进性、标准化、实用性、可靠性、国产化的设计原则,运用软件技术、多媒体技术、自动控制技术,把不同功能的子系统在逻辑上、物理上和应用上整合在一起,总体设计一套集音频、视频、通信功能于一体,具备会议筹备简约化、会议组织高效化、会议保障智能化、文件显示数字化、文件交互人性化、文件管理可控化典型特征的智能无纸化会议系统,实现系统融合、信息汇聚、资源共享,做到精简会议保障、优化会议资源、提高会议效率。In view of the problems existing in the traditional conference system, such as low efficiency, serious waste, single function, poor communication, limited synergy and difficulty in keeping secret, etc., this proposal combines the requirements for efficient conference organization processes, digital human-computer interaction experiences, and intelligent system operation management. Adhering to the design principles of advancement, standardization, practicality, reliability, and domestication, we aim to utilize software technology, multimedia technology, and automatic control technology to logically, physically, and applicatively integrate various functional subsystems. The overall design will create an intelligent paperless conference system that combines audio, video, and communication functions, characterized by simplified conference preparation, efficient organization, intelligent support, digital document display, user-friendly document interaction, and controllable document management. This integrated system will facilitate the convergence of systems, aggregation of information, and sharing of resources, ultimately streamlining conference support, optimizing conference resources, and enhancing conference efficiency.
