中压配电网评估基础数据的校验与修复

摘要 针对深圳福田供电局提供的PMS台帐和图形信息以及SCADA数据存在质量问题以及对应关系不一致的问题,提出了一套基于智能规则的数据校验与修复方法。可以实现对电网拓扑结构,设备电气参数,PMS与SCADA一致性的校验与修复。经过修复的数据便由无法适用配电网高级分析的生数据转化为满足高级分析需求的熟数据,可以极大的推动配电网自动化水平的提高以及评估、规划工作的日常化。通过对深圳福田供电局的实际数据的校验与应用表明,本文的方法能够满足实际评估工作的要求。 For solving the quality issues and inconsistency problems of the accounting &graphical data from PMS and the data from SCADA of Shenzhen Futian Power Supply Bureau of China, a set of data verification and repair methods based on intelligent rules is proposed in this paper. Applying these methods can check and repair the data of network topology, device electrical parameters and the data consistency of PMS and SCADA. The proposed methods can convert the raw data into cooked data to meet the requirements of advanced analysis of distribution network;thus the improvement of distribution network automation and the routinization of assessment and planning of distribution network can be greatly promoted. The actual data validation and application of Shenzhen Futian Power Supply Bureau show that the methods provided in this paper can meet the actual requirements of distribution network evaluation.
