摘要 本文从电力稳定控制系统和通信安全防御系统协调控制的信息交互需求出发,针对仅考虑通信紧急控制和考虑通信校正控制两种情况,提出了两种在线策略的计算方法,并给出了电力系统紧急控制和通信系统紧急控制与校正控制的协调控制算例,仿真结果表明采用通信系统和电力稳定控制系统的协调控制可明显减少电网的控制成本,并有效提高电网的稳定运行能力。 Based on the requirement of information interaction for the coordination between power stability control system and communication security defense system, this paper brought forward two calculation methods for online strategy, considering the communication emergency control and the communication adjustment control. Then, the case of coordination between power emergency control and communication emergency control, and the case of coordination between power emergency control and communication adjustment control, were studied. Finally, the results of case study illustrated that it would reduce the control cost and increase the stability for the power grid by using the coordination between power stability control system and communication system.
