摘要 本文针对NPC三电平逆变器中IGBT驱动器的设计问题,提出了一种新型的IGBT驱动器设计方案。基于IGBT驱动器的性能要求,本文采用隔离电源供电、正电压开通和负电压关断的设计方案。本文重点阐述了电源部分和驱动器部分的设计过程,以计算数据为基础设计了一台实验样机。在实验样机上测试了电源部分的效率、纹波以及驱动器实际输出的驱动波形,实验数据表明所设计的IGBT驱动器驱动性能优异,满足设计需求。 In this paper, a new IGBT driver design scheme is proposed for the design problem of the IGBT driver in NPC three-level inverter. Based on the performance requirements of the IGBT driver, this paper adopts the design scheme of isolated power supply, positive voltage turn-on, and negative voltage turn-off. This paper focuses on the design process of the power supply part and the driver part and an experimental prototype is designed based on the calculated data. In the experimental prototype to test the power supply part of the efficiency, ripple, and drive the actual output of the drive waveforms, experimental data show that the designed IGBT driver drive performance is excellent and meets the design requirements.
