Project management is a kind of systematic management method and scientific management mode. According to the characteristics of the theatrical performances in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of college art performances, demonstrates the feasibility of the project management of a college art performance, and puts forward project management mode of university art performance.
