灌区是一种集多种水利工程于一体,服务范围较为广泛,具有防洪、发电、航运等水利功能的建筑群,为保障灌区周边的农业生产和生活起到至关重要的作用。现代化技术的不断发展以及先进的管理机制为灌区现代化建设突破发展瓶颈提供了前提条件。本文基于我国灌区现代化建设的发展需求,探讨灌区现代化发展过程中所需要的关键技术,为灌区现代化建设指明发展方向。

Irrigation area is a kind of buildingcomplex which integrates a variety of water conservancy projects and has a widerange of services.It has water conservancy functions such as flood control,power generation,shipping and so on.It plays a vital role in ensuringagricultural production and life around the irrigation area.The continuousdevelopment of modern technology and advanced management mechanism providepreconditions for the modernization of irrigation areas to break through thebottleneck of development.Based on the development needs of irrigation area modernizationin China,this paper discusses the key technologies needed in the process ofirrigation area modernization,and points out the development direction forirrigation area modernization.
