京南物流园区向智慧化物流园区转型存在的问题和对策分析

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in the Transformation from Jingnan Logistics Park to Intelligent Logistics Park

智慧物流在近些年来快速发展,将高新技术融入物流已经成为未来的发展趋势。物流园区是物流企业的集聚形式,更是物流行业集聚的重要载体。本文通过文献研究,解释了物流园区和智慧物流的概念,并简述了物流园区在我国的发展过程。通过走访京南物流园区的管委会和各企业,对其进行数据调研,找出园区在转型过程中存在的问题。搭建出以智慧仓库、智慧交通、智慧办公、智慧污染监控、智慧火灾监控为五个基本点的信息平台。最后,根据基础设施问题,提出改进建议,希望本文能对京南物流园区转型发展提供借鉴意义。根据实际调查数据,分析北京夜间经济影响下的物流配送满意度,找出存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

Intelligent logistics has been developing rapidly in recent years, and integrating high-tech into lo-gistics has become the trend in the future. The logistics park is not only the form of logistics enter-prises’ agglomeration, but also the important carrier of logistics industry’s agglomeration. Through literature research, this paper explains the concepts of logistics park and intelligent logistics, and briefly describes the development process of logistics park in China. By visiting the Management Committee and enterprises of Jingnan Logistics Park, the data of the park are investigated and the problems in the process of transformation are found out. The information platform is built with smart warehouse, smart transportation, smart office, Smart pollution monitoring, and intelligent fire monitoring as the five basic points. Finally, according to the infrastructure problems, improve-ment proposals are put forward. Hope to provide reference for the transformation and development of Jingnan Logistics Park. According to the actual survey data, this paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of logistics distribution under the influence of night economy in Beijing, finds out the exist-ing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
