“邛海湾”项目工程B4标段施工组织设计方案是在工程开工前施工单位制作的,指导工程合理、有序进行。该重点工程项目主体施工组织设计根据当地特殊自然地理气候条件、工程设计标准文件和工程建设单位相关要求等,采用流水施工方法,分为3个施工段,通过合理利用土地资源、合理布置场地、合理有序进行施工,并编制大模板专项施工方案,确保工程顺利完成,达到工程质量、标准化统一施工、效果最佳。
