药事管理是现代药学实践的基础,本文对新形势下医院药事管理相关工作进行了分析,首先分析了当前药事管理工作面临的挑战,包括观念守旧、思想落后,复合型人才短缺,设施不齐全,政策制度不完善和药品管理的实施不到位等;根据发现的问题,结合目前的研究,提出了相应的改革措施,包括加强领导、提高认识,加强人才培养、引进高质量人才,加强设备建设,完善制度建设和加强监督审查,为新形势下的医院药事管理工作改革提供借鉴。
